PEH 163 Basic Weight Training for Life (1 credits)

This course is designed to give students the necessary techniques and knowledge to intelligently and safely pursue a program of weight training that will fit each student's specific needs or desires. All areas of effective weight training will be covered including proper nutrition, proper aerobic, proper anaerobic, and essential biomechanics of exercise. Free weights and weight machines will be used. There are no prerequisites to this course.
