Federal Work-Study Program
The Federal Work-Study Program provides jobs for undergraduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay for educational expenses. If you qualify, your salary will equal at the least the federal minimum wage, but could be higher, depending on the type of work and necessary skills. You can work up to 20 hours per week when classes are in session or up to 35 hours per week during vacations. Both on-campus or off-campus positions are available. To apply, complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), available from Financial Aid office. Or file electronically at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
