Suite One
Floor plan includes one triple room, one double room, and one single room. It includes a large living area, full kitchen w/breakfast bar, and two private baths.
Suite Two
Floor plan includes three single rooms and one triple room, a large living area, full kitchen w/breakfast bar, and two private baths.
Features
Each suite is furnished with all new living room furniture, including a couch, chair, media stand, and coffee table. All are a contemporary mission style, and finished in an Espresso colored wood. All buildings are accessible. In addition, there are two suites in every building that have been built and furnished for handicapped accessibility including showers, doors, kitchen cabinets, bathroom accessories, wardrobes, and desks.
Kitchens feature brand new appliances, including full-size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and disposal. Lots of countertop space allows for microwaves, coffee makers, and other small appliances. A breakfast bar with stools makes a nice gathering area for meals.
Bedrooms feature a single bed (XL twin) with mattress, desk & chair, and an armoire for each occupant.
Extra Storage is available in a shared utility closet.
Lots of Natural Light is provided by the abundance of large windows throughout each suite.
