Steps

To complete your enrollment, you need to:

  1. Submit Your Proof of Immunizations to Health Services
New York State Public Health Laws require all students attending college to provide proof of immunity to measles, mumps and rubella, and to be informed of the risks of meningococcal meningitis and given the option of being immunized.
    • If you were born prior to 1957, you do not need to provide proof of immunity to measles, mumps and rubella.
    • If you have medical contraindications to immunization or have genuine and sincere religious beliefs contrary to immunization, you will need to contact Health Services for a waiver.
    • Students under the age of 18 who choose to decline meningitis vaccination, must have the meningitis statement signed by their parent or legal guardian.
If you have proof of immunization(s), please print the Certificate of Immunization (.pdf) , have your health care provider complete it, and return it to Health Services. Get more information on immunization requirements.
  2. Take Your Placement Tests (if you haven't already)
  3. Meet with an Advisor
To schedule an appointment, contact the Counseling Department at 315 498-2675.
  4. Register for Classes
After you've met with an advisor you'll be ready to register for classes. You can register online or come to campus and do it in person. Get registration details.
  5. Pay your Tuition and Fees (see our frequently asked questions).
  6. Attend New Student Orientation.
