Can I use the Housing online application and send a check in later?

Yes, if you will be paying your room housing/security deposit by check or money order, they should be payable to “OCCHDC” and mailed to:

Why do you ask for my parent’s Social Security Number on the under 18 signature form?

If you are under 18, legally you can not enter into a contract or be held financially responsible.  Your parent or guardian’s signature is required to accept financial responsibility.  The Social Security Number is not required, but is optional.

Can I print a copy of the Housing License Agreement?

What credit cards can I use for the housing security deposit?

Acceptable credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and Discover. 

How should I input my credit card number?

You may enter the number with or without spaces.  For example: 1234 5678 9010 2345 or 1234567890123456

Do I get a receipt for the housing security deposit?

If you have entered an email address, a receipt will be emailed to you.  You may also print one after submitting the housing deposit using your browser’s print capability.
