CompTIA A+ Course

Obtain the necessary skills and knowledge to become a Desktop/Support/Service/Help Desk or qualified repair tech. There are two exams to this course: Essentials and Practical Application. A+ Essentials: Exam 220-701 measures the necessary competancies for an entry level professional with the equivalent knowledge of at least 500 hours of hands on experience in the lab or field. Hands on equates to knowledge of installing, building, upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting, operating, optimizing, diagnosing, and performing preventive maintenance of basic presonal computer hardware and operating systems. A+ Practical: Exam 220-702 is targeted for individuals who work or intend to work in a mobile or corporate technical environment with a high level of face to face client interaction. Job titiles in some organizations which are descriptive of the role of this individual may be enterprise technician, IT administrator, field service technician, PC technician, etc. Tuition covers the cost of administering the course and there are no additional fee's or charges. Pre-Requisites: None On-Line Live Instructor: 120 hours/non-credit course
