Introduction to Practical American Sign Language

This course in American Sign Language will introduce you to basic and practical vocabulary, syntax, and conversational skills. Topics covered will include greetings and courtesies, family, scheduling, and hobbies/activities. This course is beneficial for individuals in any human service or law enforcement career, individuals with deaf/hard-of-hearing family members or friends, high school students, and individuals who just want to learn some basic skills.
