Make a Payment

For your convenience, payments may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), check, cashier's check, money order or cash. All payments must be made in US funds.

Pay Online

You may pay online using a credit card via the Make a Payment option in WebAccess. The website is available for making payment around the clock including weekends and holidays.

To use WebAccess, you must first login with your User Name + password.

Pay by Mail

We also accept payment by check, cashier's check or money order payable to Onondaga Community College for the exact amount of the bill. Payments must be made in US funds. Please include the student's full name and College ID number on the check or money order. Mail to:

Pay In-Person

If you prefer you may make a payment in-person at the Bursar's Office on the lower level of our Gordon Student Center. See campus map. The Bursar's window is open to accept payments (cash, check or credit card) Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

To help you meet your expenses at Onondaga, we are pleased to offer an interest-free payment plan by partnering with Nelnet Business Solutions.
