Family Time

Monday through Thursday from 6-9 p.m. is designated as "Family Time" in the fitness/weight and gym/Arena areas. This designation supports community members with young children in their use of the facilities during times of day when families are typically together and addresses overcrowding. Family Time hours have been designed to accommodate both community members and evening students who wish to work out before most classes begin at 6 p.m. or later in the evening after a class concludes. Daytime students typically have broader options to use the facilities based on their individual class schedules.
