Women's results   Men's results

The women ran as a complete team again this week competing at Hamilton College.  They were led by Meghan Guzewicz(Auburn)  ran 22:03.  Britt Ross(Oswego) was close behind.in 22:15 and Jenna Delaney (Oswego) continues to close the gap on our leaders with a time of 23:22.  Cara Andrianos (ESM) and Laura Layton (Ridgefield, Ct) both improved with times of 25:39 and 31:56.

The men's team was incomplete this week.  We were led by Kevin Zych (Westhill) in 30:11 over the 8k course,  Michael Nakoski (Onondaga Central) had a very strong race with a personal best time of 31:25 on this very suggy course.  Greg Massara(Marcellus) had a season's best time of 32:51.  Ed Donovan (Bishop Grimes) ran a 42:51.

Our next meet will be Oct 15th when the team will travel to the University of Rochester.
