Safe Food Handler

Participants will learn the potential hazards in the flow of food and the basic principles of food safety procedures, good personal hygiene, controlling time and temperature, preventing cross-contamination, cleaning and sanitizing.

A Certificate of Achievement is awarded at the end of the training session upon successful completion of the course and test.
