2015 Registration and Payment

First Day of Registration is Monday, May 4, 2015

Register for classes in one of three ways:

  1. Online registration allows you to view the total number and available number of seats in each class, preload a shopping cart, make changes later if needed, and pay by credit card. Then mail all required forms. See instructions below. You can preload a shopping cart beginning April 20, 2015. Finish your registration on May 4 by following the instructions.
  2. Mail your registration form and worksheet and required forms to Onondaga Community College, North Campus, 8015 Oswego Road, Liverpool, NY 13090. You may include payment by check (or money order) made payable to Onondaga Community College.
  3. Fax your registration form and worksheet and required forms to the Lifelong Learning Office, 315-498-2400. Payment cannot be made by fax.

Please note: The Lifelong Learning office has moved to the North Campus in Liverpool. There is no drop-in registration at Mulroy Hall.

Payments can be made in-person at the Student Accounts Office, located in the Gordon Student Center, room G220. The Student Accounts Office accepts credit cards, cash, checks, and money orders payable to Onondaga Community College.

Refund Deadlines:
  • Week 1: July 1, 2015
  • Week 2: July 8, 2015
  • Week 3: July 15, 2015

PLEASE NOTE: 
College for Kids Week 1 registration closes on Friday, June 26th.
NO CHANGES to Week 1 class schedules will be permitted after Monday, June 29.

Classes with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled prior to the start of camp. Students registered in these classes will be offered an alternative class.

Wait List

If a desired class has no seats available, you may request to be put on a wait list by emailing lifelong@sunyocc.edu. Please include the following in the email: student’s name and ID #, if known, week, course name and number, time, parent’s email and phone number. If a seat becomes available, you will be notified.

Online Registration Steps

Helpful Tip

Beginning April 20, you can preload your “shopping cart” with class sections prior to the first day of registration. Then on May 4, log in and complete your registration by following the instructions. Online registration opens at 12 midnight.

Returning students can login with their existing User ID. (Forgot your User ID? Go to User ID Lookup.) A new password may need to be created with the student’s user name and 7 digit student ID number, or your child’s social security number.

New students can easily create a User ID and password to register online.

Please note: Student records must be created with the child’s birthdate and social security number, not the parent’s.

Steps

  1. Go to the Community Ed registration page to launch WebAccess
  2. Are you a new or returning student
    • RETURNING STUDENTS - Select: Launch WebAccess
    • NEW STUDENTS - Select: Create a User ID
  3. Log In with your User ID and Password
  4. Select: Current Students
  5. Under Registration, select: Register for Sections
  6. Select: Search and Register for Sections
  7. Enter the required info
    • Term: CFK15S1, CFK15S2, or CFK15S3
    • Location: Main Campus
    • Academic Level: Community Ed
  8. Select: Courses and Submit
  9. Select: Register from Action drop down list and Submit
  10. To pay via credit card, Select: Pay on My Account at the bottom of the page
  11. Enter credit card information and Submit

Steps if you have a pre-loaded shopping cart

  1. Go to the Community Ed registration page to launch WebAccess
  2. Select: Launch WebAccess
  3. Log In with your User ID and Password
  4. Select: Current Students
  5. Under Registration, select: Register for Sections
  6. Follow the prompts on the Register for Sections and Agree to Pay screens
  7. Under Register for Sections, select: Register for Previously Selected Sections
  8. Select: Courses and Submit
  9. Select: Register from Action drop down list and Submit
  10. To pay via credit card, Select: Pay on My Account at the bottom of the page
  11. Enter credit card information and Submit

You must register for a full morning and/or a full afternoon of classes.

Remember to register for Early Arrival, Late Pick-up or Prepaid Lunch Plan.

All required forms must be received by Wednesday prior to the start of camp or your child will not be permitted to attend.

Submit Authorization form for Medical Administration only if medication needs to be administered at camp.
