IMPORTANT:  YOU MUST REGISTER FOR TWO MORNING AND/OR TWO AFTERNOON CLASSES. 


2017 Registration, Payment, and Required Forms

College for Kids has partnered with Oasys, Inc for an easy and convenient online registration system. 

STEP 1:

Log into https://www.oasyssports.com/CollegeForKids/login.cfm  and create an account (User Name, Password, and Email) and complete the Primary Account Holder (PARENT) Information (parent's name, address, and phone numbers.)

STEP 2:

Pre-select first and second choice classes for each time period, but only register for 1 class per time period. Classes fill up early so have several selections ready to choose from. Please read class descriptions, located under the "Classes" tab, to ensure that your child will enjoy the selected classes.

STEP 3:

On or after 7 a.m. May 1, log back into your account https://www.oasyssports.com/CollegeForKids/login.cfm click the Add Student button and proceed with selecting classes, Early Arrival, Late Pick-Up, and Prepaid Lunch. Wait listing of classes is also available right on this site.  Finish your registration by completing the student's information.  You can add a second student by clicking Add Another Student and following the same process.

TIP: All fields on forms must be filled in with information or N/A or you will get an error message. 

TIP: Once you are on the payment screen,  do not "go back" or you may lose enrollment in selected classes.  Complete the registration and then log back into your account to add more classes, early arrival, late pick-up or lunch.

Please make sure you have registered for two morning or two afternoon classes for a half-day program or four classes for a full-day program. 

If A CLASS IS CLOSED AND YOU ARE PUT ON THE WAIT LIST, REGISTER FOR A DIFFERENT CLASS AT THAT TIME PERIOD SO YOU MAKE A COMPLETE SCHEDULE.  WE WILL CONTACT YOU IF THE WAIT LIST OPENS.  STUDENTS WITH INCOMPLETE SCHEDULES WILL BE DROPPED FROM CLASSES.  


STEP 4:

Tuition payment is due at time of registration. Online credit card payments are accepted through Oasys, Inc. Checks or money orders, payable to Onondaga Community College, must be mailed to Lifelong Learning, OCC @ Liverpool, 8015 Oswego Road, Liverpool, NY 13090.


STEP 5:

Complete the Required Forms and then mail, email, or fax (315) 498-2400 them to Lifelong Learning.

All required forms must be received at least one week before camp starts.  Students will not be permitted to attend camp if forms are incomplete.  If your child required medication to be administered while at camp, please print, complete, and submit the Authorization For Medication form.


IMPORTANT INFO:

Changes in class schedules will be handled through the Office of Lifelong Learning (315) 498-6000 or lifelong@sunyocc.edu.

Cancelled registrations are subject to a 4.75% administrative fee. Tuition refund checks will be issued by Onondaga Community College on a monthly basis.  Tuition refunds will be granted up to one week prior to the start of camp. Class cancellations due to insufficient enrollment will not be subject to the processing fee.

Week 1 registration closes Friday, June 16.  

Week 2 registration closes Friday, June 30. 

Week 3 registration closes Friday, July 7.

No schedule changes will be permitted after these dates. No tuition refunds will be granted after these dates.
