Common Read 2016-2017

Our vision with this first Common Read is to create an environment that promotes reading, of course, but also one that guides and encourages people to identify, reflect upon, and share their own stories. We have a keen awareness that we are facilitating the way-finding of our community of learners and are excited about the great potential of Wild to speak to and move each member of our campus community – ever so subtly in some cases, boldly in others. Who isn’t moved by a story of transformation well-told? It is what all good educators seek; for many, it is the Holy Grail.
