The OPC Scholars Program
provides supported pathways to careers in high demand technology fields at OCC. 

Eligibility & Application

To be eligible to participate in the OPC project, you must:

  • Have a high school diploma or its equivalence;
  • Have a documented disability; and
  • Be 24 years of age or younger (when beginning the program)

Need a High School Diploma / or Equivalent

Individuals who have not earned a high school diploma, but who otherwise would be eligible to participate in the OPC project, will be encouraged to seek preparation for the Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC) high school equivalency credential. OPC partners and staff offer support to earn this credential.

Apply now to participate in the OPC project and begin classes Fall 2016 by completing and submitting this online application and OPC summer orientation registration form.  To successfully apply to the OPC program at OCC, students must:

  1. Complete the general OCC Application
  2. Submit disability documentation the Office of Accessibility Resources
  3. Complete and submit the Onondaga Pathways to Careers application below
