This comprehensive Project Management course provides individuals with the knowledge and skills to manage large and small projects related to IT, using established methodologies and processes set forth in the Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK® established by the Project Management Institute (PMI). The course will cover application of using the knowledge areas, skills, tools and techniques incorporated to completing projects structured within five process groups using examples and incorporating case studies. Hands-on experience is provided, creating significant depth of understanding of key concepts and practical considerations. Tuition covers the cost of administering the course and there are no additional fee's or charges.Pre-Requisite: 1-2 years experience on
a project team helpful, but this course is designed for individuals who have no
