Bill Bonnell, '83 is an ESPN Television Sports Producer and a 2019 Alumni Faces honoree.

Bill Bonnell is a member of the next class of Alumni Faces for his professional achievements and contributions to the college and the community.

Bill Bonnell has coordinated coverage of countless major sporting and entertainment events including College Football National Championships, Super Bowls, and Olympic Games for over four decades. He currently oversees ABC's Saturday Night Football for ESPN and the College Football Playoff National Championship game coverage. His work has earned him some of TV's highest recognition, including over a dozen Emmy Awards. He came to OCC from North Syracuse High School and during his studies worked at WCNY-TV where he covered Syracuse University and the Empire State Games. His wife Mary Beth, mother Janice, and brother Robert also earned degrees from OCC. "I'm very appreciative of the experiences and opportunities that OCC provided me in preparation for my career. OCC has always been a big part of my family's life and will always be a part of who I am."
