Erin is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and holds a provisional certificate as a school social worker in New York State.

Erin has spent many years working in a variety of settings within the social work/ mental health field. She is familiar with leading/co-facilitating individual and group counseling sessions using a Holistic/Integrative approach. She believes the most important aspect of therapy is found in the relationship between the counselor and the client.

Erin is passionate about creating a confidential and safe space in which students can feel comfortable opening up about their mental health needs and/or personal concerns.

Sarah is the Assistant Director of Student Health and Wellness at OCC. She has over 7 years of professional experience working in prevention education.

In one of her proudest accomplishments, Sarah created a Drug Diversion Program that is used in the City of Oswego for people under the age of 25 charged with use or possession of drugs or drug paraphernalia. Some of Sarah's experience also includes CASICS (Cannabis & Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students).

Sarah works with individuals to determine their current risk level for substances and works with them to determine how to reduce their risk. Sarah believes in harm reduction with a focus on education. It is important to her to assist students in creating attainable health goals with their substance use and focusing on safety and reducing negative outcomes.

Iryna graduated from Syracuse University and has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree. She is currently working on getting her Master of Social Work degree and interning at SUNY Upstate University Hospital. During her undergraduate studies, Iryna interned at the Community Care Hub for one year, and therefore came into this new role with background knowledge and practice.

Iryna works under the Family Empowerment Program and is eager to meet students who are parents with children under the age of 18. Her goal is to do everything in her power to best meet student needs!

Bonnie has joined the Community Care Hub as one of two new case managers working with the Family Empowerment Program. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oswego and has worked for a variety of human service agencies in the Syracuse area including Contact, Huntington Family Center and Catholic Charities.

For the past 23 years, she has been employed as an Onondaga County Probation Officer. During her first 10 years there, she worked exclusively in the Juvenile Justice system providing services to youth and their families.

Bonnie believes in creating individualized plans for her clients, realizing that everyone’s needs vary. As a result, she has a wealth of knowledge regarding programs/services in Onondaga County.
