This 6-week course is designed to help the novice knitter expand on their knitting skills. Students will select a pattern and learn the skills necessary to complete a project that is beyond their current skill set. Students will learn the new knitting skills required to complete a desired project of their choice.
Pre-requisite: Knitters should know how to cast on and bind off, should be comfortable with the knit and purl stitches, and should have a basic understanding of how to read a simple knitting pattern.

- Cabling Basic
- Beginning Lacework
- How to make and use a gauge swatch
- Ergonomics of knitting
- How to access print and online resources
