2021 Employee Chancellor's Award Winners

Six faculty and staff members were named winners of the 2021 SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence. The system-level honors provide recognition for consistently superior professional achievement and encourage the ongoing pursuit of excellence. The 2021 honorees are:

• Excellence in Faculty Service - Rebecca Dadey, Professor of American Sign Language
• Excellence in Teaching - Erin Newton, Professor of Mathematics
• Excellence in Teaching - Jessica Wieczorek, Professor of Criminal Justice
• Excellence in Classified Service - Mary Jones, Management Services
• Excellence in Professional Service - Steve Suarez, Assistant Director of Facilities
• Excellence in Professional Service - Dr. Sean Vormwald, Director of Sustainability, Environmental Health & Safety
