"This year's PTK Leadership has worked hard to complete projects that help our campus and our community. While it is never our goal to win awards, it is amazing when our students' hard work is acknowledged and celebrated at such a high level! This year we were named the Most Distinguished Chapter in New York (out of 50 chapters) and named a Distinguished Chapter at the International Level (Top 50 out of nearly 1,300 chapters)," said Faculty Advisor Dr. Annie Tuttle.

"As the 'Community's College,' we are proud to have so many outstanding students who are also wonderful citizens. We know 85% of our graduates live and work within 25 miles of campus. Students' commitment to making Central New York a better place for all of us is extremely admirable, and they are most deserving of their local, national, and international recognition," said OCC President Dr. Warren Hilton.

OCC's PTK Chapter, Alpha Sigma Zeta, has a dedicated suite on the second floor of Coulter Hall in room C204. PTK members have a minimum 3.5 grade point average, have completed a minimum 12 credit hours at OCC, and are currently matriculated.
