Navigators of Student Success - Jourdan Lord

Throughout the summer, we are introducing you to several of our Student Success Navigators. For Onondaga Community College students, they are the dedicated point of contact for support. Student Success Navigators assist with class registration, help students stay on track academically, and connect students with campus resources to support their success.

Jourdan Lord

• Jourdan is a Student Success Navigator in OCC's School of Liberal Arts & Sciences.
• Academic programs Jourdan specializes in: Criminal Justice, Humanities & Social Sciences, and General Studies.
• What Jourdan enjoys about being a Student Success Navigator: "I love when I am able to make something that could otherwise be very confusing for a student simple, and I love when I see students be successful, especially when it was a struggle for them to get there. I also very much enjoy the people I work with here at OCC, both the staff and the students."
