How OCC Services Are Operating Remotely During COVID-19

As of Monday, March 23rd, OCC has transitioned to all distance learning courses! At this time, the college has also transitioned to remote and online services for it's students. Below is a full listing of college services and how you can access them online or remotely. 

Student Central 

Services Provided: General Inquiries, Financial Aid, Billing, Records, Immunizations 

Hours of Operation: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Services Provided: Tech Support (Reset Password and Tech Support)

Learning Center 

Services Provided: Tutoring (Writing Papers, Preparing for Classes, Navigating Coursework, etc.) 

Hours of Operation: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. 

Options for Remote Service (Appointments can be scheduled through WCOnline)

  • eTutoring (electronic paper drop off) - If you select eTutoring you will upload a document for your tutor to review.  The tutor will look at your document and make comments and answer questions you have, and then upload them back to the appointment. 
  • Online Tutoring, with video - (Camera & Microphone required) Video conference with a tutor using the Microsoft teams app or video chat using a shared whiteboard and document 
  • Online Tutoring, with chat - Chat online with a tutor using a shared whiteboard and document

Accessibility Resources 

Services Provided: Special accommodations for students with disabilities, existing medical conditions, and students with that are pregnant.
