Navigators of Student Success - Rich Goodell

Throughout the spring semester, we are introducing you to several of our Student Success Navigators. For Onondaga Community College students, they are the dedicated point of contact for support. Student Success Navigators assist with class registration, help students stay on track academically, and connect students with campus resources to support their success.

• What Rich enjoys about being a Student Success Navigator: "Being a Navigator is so rewarding! I love helping students uncover their strengths, build confidence, and realize the potential they didn’t always see in themselves. Building connections with students and being a source of support through their academic journey is at the heart of what I do. When I volunteer at graduation, I am so proud to cheer for my students as they walk across the stage. I know their stories and what they went through to get on that stage. They each have amazing accomplishments. I am truly passionate about student success."
