Academic Year Students
OCC offer’s housing for a full academic year (both the Fall and Spring semester) in Shapero Residence Hall to students at the following campuses:
Housing Fee
The Housing fee includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and staying in the residence hall during Thanksgiving, winter, and spring break. A parking pass costs $90 extra for the academic year.
The full housing fee (per semester) is due upfront and is non-refundable.
The housing fee for 2024-2025 is to be determined.

How to Apply
Provide documentation to confirm enrollment in a degree program and registration of full-time status (minimum of 12 credit hours) at their college.
Residents must satisfy all applicable health requirements. New York State Public Health Law requires all college students to demonstrate proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and meningitis (or to provide a signed meningitis waiver). Immunization for Hepatitis B is strongly recommended.

Summer Students
OCC offers summer housing for non-OCC students who have summer internships in Syracuse, NY. Housing is available May 27, 2024 – August 16, 2024. We offer single and double rooms within a shared apartment (4-7 people) that has a kitchen, bathroom, and a living room.
- Single rooms cost $175 a week
- Double rooms cost $120 a week
