Navigators of Student Success - Kelly Unz

Throughout the spring semester, we are introducing you to several of our Student Success Navigators. For Onondaga Community College students, they are the dedicated point of contact for support. Student Success Navigators assist with class registration, help students stay on track academically, and connect students with campus resources to support their success.

Kelly Unz

• Kelly is a Student Success Navigator in OCC's School of Arts, Communication, Business & Entrepreneurship (ACBE).
• Kelly works primarily with Art, Music, and Sound Recording students, along with some Communication Studies and Business Entrepreneurship students.
• What Kelly enjoys about being a Student Success Navigator: "I love being a navigator because of the people I get to work with. The ACBE team is such a good group of people, and the students I get to work with are so unique and fun! Getting to work with creative students is so special because I can watch their skills improve each semester through their artwork and/or musical performances. By the time students graduate, I can physically see how much being here has changed them. That reward is unmatchable."
