Step 1: Copy the signature option you need.

Step 2: Add your signature to Outlook.

If you're using web-based Outlook

  1. Open web-based Outlook.
  2. Click the Gear icon near the top right of the window
  3. Click Compose and reply.
  4. Click your cursor in the email signature text area.
  5. Paste the copied signature.
  6. Modify the text to contain your name, details, and contact information.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Close Settings by clicking the X in the top right corner of the dialog window.
