If you've lost something: Call Campus Safety to see if it’s been turned in. Campus Safety maintains a database of lost and found items to help track them and record the owners and article dispositions.
If you've found something that isn't yours: Call Campus Safety as soon as possible. An Officer will come over and pick it up, document it, and try and find the owner.
Students are encouraged to keep a record of all personal property, especially property with serial numbers (i.e. electronics.) That way, if something is ever lost on campus, detailed descriptions will help Campus Safety locate the lost property quicker. The Campus Safety Department encourages using this form to document all of your property, and keeping the form in an easily-accessible place.
