The best elementary school teachers are those who take children through a world of discovery and instill a lifelong love of learning. Our Childhood Education program gives graduates an excellent start on becoming a teacher for grades 1 through 6.
You'll learn about the foundations of education, child psychology, and health and safety awareness. This program sets you up to transfer and complete all the NYS teaching requirements.
